a) the objective(s) of the work.

b) motivation with clear indication of the novelty aspect(s) -- i.e. what is the major difficulty present at this time and how this manuscript resolves it?

c) one or two sentences summarizing the methods.

d) one or two sentences summarizing the results.

e) one or two sentences of key conclusions.
